Albright at Home

Albright at Home (AAH), a home-based senior care service, helps seniors, children of aging parents, spouses, neighbors, grandchildren, caregivers and friends find the help they or their loved ones need to remain independent and in the comfort of their own homes.

How? We listen. One of our experienced AHH managers will meet with you and/or your loved ones in your home to discuss your needs. We get to know your environment and your daily schedule. Using your input and the results of our in-home screening, we will initiate the services we feel will best help you stay in your own home.

We coordinate quality services that are safe, secure and private. If something is needed that we don’t provide, we use reputable companies that have been interviewed and screened by Albright at Home employees.

Albright at Home Can Help if:

• You are afraid of falling in the bathroom
• You are concerned about your medications
• You have trouble caring for the inside and/or outside of your home
• You need help with transportation
• You are having a hard time finding reliable help
• You don’t understand what your doctor is saying about your medical conditions

Albright at Home serves Central Pennsylvania’s Susquehanna Valley. AAH participates with the Medical Assistance Waiver program in the following counties: Lycoming, Clinton, Union, Snyder and Northumberland counties. These waivers provide monetary resources that allow low income elderly persons to remain at home and receive services.
