Community Memberships at Normandie Ridge

Normandie Ridge residents are welcomed to take advantage of these services at no cost. Listed below are the community membership fees.

Fitness Club

Provides access to general fitness classes offered and use of the fitness center.

• Annual Fee: $315.00
• Quarter: $85.00
• Month: $32.00

Aquatics Club

Provides access to general aquatic classes offered as well as use of the pool/spa during recreational program times.

• Annual Fee: $315.00
• Quarter: $85.00
• Month: $32.00

Wellness Club

Provides access to general fitness and aquatics classes offered, use of the fitness room and use of the swimming pool/spa during unscheduled program times.

• Annual Fee: $400.00
• Quarter: $105.00
• Month: $45.00

Manchester Club

Provides access to general fitness and aquatics classes offered, use of the fitness room and the swimming pool/spa during unscheduled program times, 10 percent discount on massage rates and one breakfast or lunch, Monday through Friday, in the Manchester restaurant or café.

• Quarter: $285.00
• Month: $105.00
• There is a $25 registration fee for all new members
