Normandie Ridge Executive Director Assumes New Roles

Carol McKinley will assume the duties of Vice President of Service Excellence in addition to being Executive Director at Normandie Ridge.
In her new role, she will be developing a comprehensive and integrated quality program. An important part of her work will be the Board’s involvement in directing the quality emphasis. Carol will also be responsible for supervising the risk management program and clinical education components for Albright Care Services.
Carol joined the Albright Care Services family in May of 1995 and is a licensed nursing home administrator. She has a Bachelor’s degree in social work from West Virginia Wesleyan and a Master’s degree from Boston University’s School of Social Work where she specialized in healthcare and gerontology. Ms. McKinley is currently completing her PhD in non-profit administration and leadership with dissertation interests in the area of quality. She resides in York with her husband and three children.
