Albright Care Services Holds Board Retreat

Albright Care Services, a not-for-profit corporation specializing

in senior care held its corporate Board Retreat June 22 through

June 24, 2006 at the Eden Resort Inn, Lancaster, PA for ACS Board Members and key staff from Albright Care Services, RiverWoods Senior Living Community and Normandie Ridge Senior Living Community.

The theme for this year’s retreat was Customer Care, Providing Quality Care and Abundant Living to residents in need. Christine M. MacDonnell, Managing Director, Aging Services Customer Service Unit, CARF-CCAC presented ways to ASPIRE to Excellence; Jim Saxton, Esquire, Chairman of Health Care Litigation Group, and Co-Chairman Health Law Group, Stevens & Lee presented

Changing the Liability Equation and Risk

Management; Jim Pezzuti, Director, Long Term Care

Client Services, Commonwealth of PA Department of Public Welfare highlighted Long Term Care Trends in Pennsylvania; and Carol McKinley, Executive Director of Normandie Ridge, outlined ways to provide Quality Care and Abundant Living.
The retreat concluded on Saturday after the ACS

Board of Trustees regularly scheduled meeting.
