Residential Living at Manchester Court

Seniors in the Susquehanna Valley have a very unique retirement housing option. Manchester Court at Normandie Ridge offers a view of the campus’s beautifully landscaped grounds. It offers all the amenities today’s seniors look for to stay active, relax and enjoy a beautiful home without worry.

Manchester Court is a four-story complex with 75 apartments ranging in size from 710 to 1993 square feet. All apartments are fully equipped and residents pay an entrance fee and a monthly service fee. Adjoining the apartment homes is Manchester Commons, which houses all of the amenities. Residents living in the apartments can take advantage of these services without leaving the building.
