Voters Visit Normandie Ridge on Election Day

November 9, 2006
Normandie Ridge Senior Living Community was a polling place again this year, open to the public from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. in their Multi-Purpose Room.
When the community was finished voting, they had the opportunity to browse several craft tables located in the Atrium, grab a bite to eat at the café or restaurant, and pick up some information on Normandie Ridge. About 1500 people were expected to vote at the facility.
The residents appreciated the ease of voting and seeing old friends who visited the facility to vote.
“It’s nice not to have to leave the building to vote,” said Mrs. Stitt, a resident at Normandie Ridge. “It’s very convenient for us [residents].”
