Lance Dunbar Named Director of Marketing

In January, Normandie Ridge named Lance Dunbar, of Thomasville, the new director of marketing.

Lance is responsible for all marketing efforts at Normandie Ridge including sales of the facility's residential living cottages and apartments. He is also responsible for advertising, website updates, trade shows and direct marketing activities.

Prior to Normandie Ridge, Lance was president of Dunbar Industries of York, a service center for specialized cutting tools primarily used in the printing trades. In 2003, Dunbar Industries was sold to TriState Knife in Trenton, N.J., and Dunbar became president of the new company, TriState Dunbar. Lance sold his shares of the company in November 2005.

"Lance comes to us with strong marketing and business skills, energy and drive," said Carol McKinley, Normandie Ridge executive director. "He has experience working in television, radio, newspaper and direct marketing and his past successes in marketing and management will serve him well throughout his new career with Normandie Ridge."

Lance and his wife, Kathy, who is employed as the activities director at Normandie Ridge have two children.
