Occasionally referred to as adult day care, Albright LIFE (Living Independently For Elders) is a unique program offering all inclusive health care services to support the independence of eligible seniors.
From on-site physician services to available 24/7 in home nursing support, LIFE participants receive the healthcare they need whether they’re at the center or at home.
Licensed physical and occupational therapists help seniors restore and maintain the strength needed to live as independently as possible, while nursing and caregiver support is available in their home to assist with the demands of personal senior care. Other services received through LIFE include:
- Doctor appointments
- Out patient services
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy
- Assistance with personal care
- Medicine management
- Daily weight monitoring
- In home care
- Social and recreational activities
- Meals and snacks
- Caregiver support
