Senior Speech Therapy
Occasionally referred to as adult day care, Albright LIFE (Living Independently For Elders) is a unique program offering all inclusive health care services to support the independence of eligible seniors. LIFE participants benefit from a variety of therapy services, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. The ability to communicate effectively is very important to maintaining health and independence. The therapy staff works one-on-one with participants to improve their communication skills, while regular social interactions provide an opportunity to converse with others. Other health care services received through LIFE include:
- Doctor appointments
- Out patient services
- Assistance with personal care
- Medicine management
- Dentistry
- In home care
- Social and recreational activities
- Meals and snacks
- Transportation to LIFE and medical appointments
