Seneca S. Foote, President and Chief Executive Officer

Seneca Foote has been with Albright Care Services (ACS) since the fall of 2004. Prior to joining ACS, he was the president and chief executive officer of faith-based retirement corporations in Tennessee and Michigan. Seneca has worked in the long-term care industry since 1980, serving in a variety of positions ranging from assistant administrator of a single site to chief executive officer.

Seneca is a licensed nursing home administrator.  He received a Bachelor’s degree from Carson-Newman College and a Master’s degree from Vanderbilt Divinity School in Nashville, TN.

Peter Geschwindner, Vice President for Fund Development

Peter Geschwindner is an ordained United Methodist minister. He has been affiliated with Albright Care Services since 1992. 

Peter is a graduate of Albright College, Reading, PA, and has a Master of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary, Evanston, IL.

Doug Flasher, Executive Director, Normandie Ridge

Doug Flasher joined Normandie Ridge in January 2007. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Juniata College, Huntingdon, PA, and Hokusei Gakuen University, Sapporo, Japan; a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ; and a Nursing Home Administrator license from the University of Scranton, Scranton, PA.

With over 16 years experience in the healthcare industry, Doug previously worked as the Administrator and Regional Coordinator for HealthSouth Transitional Rehabilitation Centers in York and Mechanicsburg.

Matthew Hazen, Executive Director, Albright LIFE (Lancaster County)

Matt Hazen joined the Albright LIFE staff in September 2009.  He is a 1985 graduate of Penn State University and previously served as the Administrator of Maple Farm Nursing Home in Akron, PA.  Prior to that position, Matt worked in customer service based jobs including sales and marketing, restaurant management, and health care.

Carol Klose, Assistant to the President/Corporate Secretary

Carol Klose joined Albright Care Services in October 2001. She has an Associate’s degree in executive secretarial science.

Sharon Magyar, Associate Director, RiverWoods

Sharon Magyar has been with RiverWoods since 1988.  Prior to her current position she served as the Assisted Living Administrator for Riverveiw Manor.

LouAnn Shively, Director of Service Excellence

LouAnn Shively has worked in long-term care for elders since 1990 and began working with Albright Care Services in 1990.  She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Penn State University.  She is a licensed Speech Pathologist and Nursing Home Administrator.

Shaun Smith, Executive Vice President of Albright Care Services

Shaun Smith has been with Albright Care Services since 1997. He is a licensed nursing home administrator and has a Bachelor’s degree from Utica College in Occupational Therapy and a Master’s degree in public administration from Marywood University.

Jackie Dancho, Chief Financial Officer

Jackie Dancho has been with Albright Care Services since 2001, serving as the chief financial officer. Prior to joining ACS, she was the chief financial officer at Ashland Regional Medical Center for six years.

Jackie has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting and a Master’s degree in business administration.

Anthony Cooper , Executive Director, RiverWoods

Anthony (Tony) Cooper has been with RiverWoods since August 2007. He is a licensed nursing home administrator and a graduate of  West Virginia University with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees.

Before coming to RiverWoods, Tony served as the Executive Director of Sunnyside Presbyterian Retirement Community in Harrisonburg, VA for eleven years. His previous professional experience also includes working in the elder care services field as a nursing home administrator.

Laura Flynn, Director of Corporate Marketing & Communications

Laura Flynn joined Albright Care Services in January 2007.  Before coming to ACS, she was the Executive Director of Our Towns 2010 in Williamsport for seven years and was a Marketing Consultant for Beverly Enterprises in Indiana for ten years.  While at Beverly, she oversaw 27 facilities in Southern Indiana. 

Laura has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Ohio State University.

Sue Jamison, Director, Annual Fund & Communications

Sue Jamison joined Albright Care Services in February 2006, after having served as pastor of several parishes in the Central Pennsylvania Conference of The United Methodist Church.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science  from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C.  Sue has also worked in a variety of counseling and behavioral health settings.

Perry Landon, Executive Director, Albright LIFE (Lycoming/Clinton Counties)

 

Perry Landon has more than 25 years of experience in geriatrics, hospital and community based health care, guardianship services, and mental health services. He was formerly the director of care management at the Elder Law Firm of Marshall, Parker and Associates in Williamsport, PA, where he directed the provision of long term care planning services. Prior to that, he served as the director of social services at Divine Providence Hospital,  Williamsport.

Chad Mondorff, Nursing Home Administrator, Normandie Ridge

Chad Mondorff joined the Normandie Ridge staff in March, 2009.  He is a 1993 graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration and became a nursing home administrator in 1995. 

Chad has served as the Executive Director or Nursing Home Administrator for a variety of facilities in Central Pennsylvania, from large multi-level CCRC's to small stand alone facilities.
