Meals on Wheels

This volunteer-based organization operated by RiverWoods provides hot meals for adults over the age of 18 who are unable to prepare their own meals due to medical reasons.

Clients are served one hot, nutritious meal Monday through Friday excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas. Recipients have several dietary options including low-fat, regular, carbohydrate-controlled and ADA (no salt).

The cost for each meal is $3.25; however, limited financial assistance is available for those who qualify.

Meals are delivered to the client’s home by a volunteer within the Milton and Lewisburg areas.

Donation Levels:

• Friend: $1.00 to 99.00
• Contributor: $100.00
• Benefactor: $500.00
• Patron: $1000.00
